Q: Where is this plot of Land?

1.1 KASOA PROJECT SITE
A:  
A fast developing location in Kasoa, along the well developed Accra-Wineba Road. There are three access roads-
• 5.5 kilometres off the Accra-Wineba road
• 3.5 kilometres off the Kasoa Bawjiase road
• 2.5 kilometres off the Kasoa Bawjiase road
 
A:  The road from Accra to Kasoa now enjoys a 3-lane narrowing to a 2-lane highway with      street lights.

1.2 DODOWA PROJECT SITE
A:  
A fast developing built environment along the Dodowa-Afienya road. The area can be accessed through Madina, Dodowa-Afienya Road and by the Tema, Afienya-Dodowa Road.

Currently, the site boasts of the Christian High International School managed by Professor Addae of GIMPA, which is under construction.

Q: When will I get hold of the site plan to my land?

A:  We assure you a maximum of 10 working days after receiving half payment of the total cost of land you purchase.

Q: When do I get the indenture?
A: PCL assures you of having your indenture ready in 10 working days after receiving full payment of the total cost of the purchase unlike any that you may know of.
Q: Are there any encumbrances?

A:  NO!!! Absolutely free from any encumbrance. PCL has acquired and registered the land in the company’s name.

All compensations due to farmers etc. on our lands have been paid.

Q: Will PCL build for me if I so desire?

A: You can count on us and our reputable building construction company to deliver to
you that dream house for dwelling as we strive to make the greatest difference with integrity and honesty to deliver customer satisfaction unparallel in the industry.

Q: What is our major strength?

A: The Director/Solicitor of the company is a retired Chief State Attorney with a in
depth knowledge of land law, having been seconded to the Land Title Registry prior to her retirement, as the Acting Chief Registrar of Lands.
