PCL is a privately owned limited liability company incorporated in 2004 under the Companies Code of 1963 (Act 179), in Accra, Ghana to deal in Estate Development and provide Consultancy Services in Environment and Businesses Sustainability.

Relevant Experience

Barbara worked with the Attorney Generals Department, Ministry of Justice from 1985 to 1999 in the Criminal law Division. She rose from the position of State Attorney to Chief State Attorney in 1999, and was subsequently seconded to Land Title Registry.

Barbara was directly responsible for administration of the Registry, resolution of conflicts between claimants and represented the Registry in the Superior Court of Judicature as Counsel. She acted as the Chief Registrar of Lands in December 2002 and voluntarily retired to private sector.

Barbara Ward Acquah therefore has considerable legal expertise and exposure to land administration and ownership in Ghana. She brings this expertise to make PCL able to provide the kind of legal and administrative support services you require in the land and construction industry.

Relevant Experience

Philip has worked with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Ghana for a period of fourteen years, and is currently collaborating with Biogas Technologies West Africa Limited (BTWAL) to diffuse, disseminate and transfer the waste-to-energy technology for integrated bio-municipal solid waste and sewage. The technology application ensures sustainable management of waste that has economic, environmental, and social benefits which include: biogas generation for cooking purposes, treated wastewater recycle for landscaping and WC water-use reduction by 50%. The technology is presently used in real estates, hospitals, universities

PCL shall make the technology available in the future gated cities to be created for the management of integrated biodegradable fractions of municipal solid waste and sewage in real estate development to sanitation in waste management.

Emmanuel Koomson has considerable experience and exposure in land sale in Ghana especially in Greater Accra Region. Emmanuel has had the chance to interact with chiefs, families and land owners within the metropolis and therefore commands in depth knowledge of areas which are prone to potential land ownership problems for the past seven years. Emmanuel brings this exposure for effective front-end quality assurance in land acquisition by PCL

Emmanuel Koomson worked as stores manager with the spare parts shop in Accra, in charge of budgeting and controlling of the spare parts sale and inventory, importing of the parts for wholesale and stocktaking from (1996 -2000).
